In Pieria in the region of Dion, for the Syngenta company, a system for precision agriculture by the Davis company was installed, which included a Vantage Pro2 Groweather weather station, with sensors for humidity - air temperature, solar radiation, rain gauge and anemometer, 3G Gateway communication system, wireless units leaf and soil moisture sensors, and Davis IPM disease prediction software.
